Home Bass welcomes individuals of all abilities and is a fully accessible event. We are dedicated to continually improving our efforts to ensure full access and we encourage all feedback and suggestions in order to improve your experience.
All Home Bass event patrons with disabilities must stop by the access center/info booth near check in to request their access program wristband. This wristband will allow guests to utilize the accessible viewing areas at all stages along with certain entry and exit points around the resorts. This is a voluntary program and guests are encouraged to stop by the access center to ask questions and learn more.
RESORTS
All Home Bass resorts are fully ADA compliant. It is your responsibility to request an accessible room and/or low floor by contacting the Home Bass accessibility team ahead of the event. By doing this you will allow us to communicate our guest’s needs with the resorts and ensure that check-in runs smoothly.
SHUTTLES & PARKING
If you are requesting an accessible shuttle for Home Bass Tampa (to Raymond James Stadium) or Home Bass Orlando (to Camping World Stadium) please contact Info@musicfestivaltrips.com. All resorts have ADA compliant parking areas and any event parking pass will allow guests with disabled parking permit license plates or hangtags to utilize these spaces as they would at any public lot.
