Q: Do Home Bass Hotel Packages have a minimum age

A: Yes! The minimum age is 18+ and the resort requires that guests checking in are 21+.

Q: Where will I receive my tickets?

A: Music Festival Trips representatives will be at a designated location within the hotel to assist you. Here you can check in, and pick up your tickets.

Please be sure to bring your photo ID and credit card. Although your room is paid for in full, you will need a credit card for any incidentals you may incur. As it gets closer to the event, the package purchaser will receive an informational email with the exact time and location for Hotel Package check-in.

Q: I forgot to use my promo code.  Can I get a refund and readd it?

Unfortunately, promo codes must be used at time of purchase and will not be able to be added on after the purchase has been made. All sales final.

Q: Do these Hotel Packages come with After Hours tickets?

A: Yes. Onsite After Hours tickets are included.

Q: What time is check-in and check-out at each hotel?

A: We abide by the hotels’ standard check-in and check-out times, which are:

(Grand Orlando) Check-in begins at 4pm each day and all guests must be checked out on the end of their stay by 11am.

Q: Is parking provided at the hotel?

As it gets closer to the event, the package purchaser will receive an email with all of the event details.

Q: Can I purchase a Hotel Room Package for just one night?

A: No. All hotel packages available for this event are for three nights.

Q: Can I add additional nights to my stay?

A: For additional nights, please book on Eventbrite under the same name you can choose Weds/Thurs or Mon/Tues. Please contact us with your Eventbrite order number, and our hotel team will work to combine your stay.

Q: Can more than two people stay in a hotel room?

A: Hotel occupancy is based on the package that we sell, for either two or four guests.

Q: My friend is arriving before me, could he/she get into the room before I arrive to receive the wristbands?

A: You will need to add your friend’s name to your room reservation so that they can check into the room when they arrive at the hotel. Please contact us at info@musicfestivaltrips.com and we will have their name added to the room reservation. Your friend will be able to get a room key to check-in to the room prior to your arrival. You will be sent downloadable PDF tickets for those included prior to the event. Please print these tickets out to exchange for your wristbands at the event. You may exchange your tickets separately if others in your group are arriving at different times.

Q: Can our room be next to our friends? Can they be connected?

A: Please contact our Guest Services team after purchasing and we will do our best to put you next to, or as close as possible, your friends. Connecting rooms are rare, but we will do our best. Q: Can I use my MFT package for a contest/giveaway or promote my website/product/event?

A: No. Home Bass & Music Festival Trips trademarks, intellectual property, tickets, and other offerings may NOT be used for advertising, promotions, auctions, contests, sweepstakes or any commercial purpose, without express written consent from MFT and its partners.

Q: I purchased a package as a gift, but I will not be in attendance. How can my friend and family member pick up their ticket on my behalf?

A: In order to accommodate this, the original purchaser must contact our Guest Services team at 813-787-2187 or info@musicfestivaltrips.com to authorize an alternate pickup person at least 2 weeks before the event date. This authorization will allow a friend or family member to pick up the package on the purchaser’s behalf. All informational emails and correspondence will still go to the original purchaser and it is up to them to relay the information to the guest that is attending the event.

Q: What if I change my mind and don’t want my package?

A: All packages are non-refundable. Please refer to the Purchase Policy on Eventbrite for complete details. You do not have the option to return your package through Eventbrite – if you would like to transfer the package you can with a transfer fee view below:

Room Package Transfers between:
June 1st – September 1st – FREE
September 2nd – October 1st – $25
October 2nd – November 1st – $50
November 2nd – November 10th – $75

If you would like to make a ticket transfer, email us at info@musicfestivaltrips.com stating that you are interested in transferring your pass or package, include the confirmation number, and who you would like to transfer the pass or package to. Make sure the purchaser is cc’d on the email and that they include the purchaser’s phone number, and age.
They will also need to go on our Eventbrite page and purchase the “Transfer Fee” option. To do so they will have to enter the promotional code “TRANSFER”.
Once the fee has been paid and the email has been received, we can finalize the transfer into the new name.
